Wildflower Bee & Butterfly Meadow Seed Mix
Wide range of nectar & pollen rich flowers, long season performance with an evolving colour palette as different species come into flower
More Information
Mainly annual wild flowers but with some perennials and herbs to give a wide range of nectar and pollen rich flowers. A blend of non native annual species carefully selected to provide an interesting and varied landscape with overlapping flowering patterns blooming from early summer to autumn.
Our Bee & Butterfly mix can provide an economic alternative to traditional bedding, and has been developed for it’s low maintenance characteristics to give informal and natural displays suitable for both large and small areas. A popular mix, long season performance with an evolving colour palette as different species come into flower
Seed rates of 3 – 6g/m2 are recommended, and seed can be mixed with sand or vermiculite to aid even distribution. Sites should be carefully prepared with soil cultivated into a fine tilth so that seed can be lightly covered after sowing. Irrigation is helpful for plant establishment, and some weeding is usually necessary

How We Pack Your Order
We take great care to ensure your plants arrive in perfect condition. Using recycled boxes and newspaper as often as possible, with straw placed underneath and on top of the plants to help prevent the plants moving around during transit.
Each potted plant has stakes used where needed to help protect, plants are then individually wrapped before being packed into the box.
Orders are dispatched via DPD on a 24-hour tracked service (Tuesday to Thursday), so your plants spend as little time in transit as possible.
